Building a form

Design a form with fields, styling and settings.

Build it

  1. Create a new form and give it a Form Name.
  2. Add fields — “Drag fields to add to your form” — and arrange them.
  3. Set Field Dependency where one field should show based on another.
  4. Adjust Form Styling: Form Padding, Field Spacing and layout.
  5. Configure Form Settings and any Form Access Restrictions.
  6. Save and publish.
Map fields to lead fields (see “Lead mapping”) so submissions become well-formed leads.
