Configuring calling (PSTN / browser)

Set up calling, numbers, and routing.

Log or schedule a call

  1. Use Log a call to record a completed call, or Schedule a Call for an upcoming one.
  2. Set the Call Type, Call Purpose, Call For, Call Owner and Call Start.
  3. Add a Call Agenda / description, and after the call set the Call Result.

Numbers & routing

  1. Open call settings to manage numbers — see Available Numbers or Buy New Number.
  2. Pick a Source Number for outbound calls.
  3. Configure Inbound Call Routing to direct incoming calls.
  4. Set the Calling Mode (PSTN or browser).
Calling is a plan feature; if it’s off, enable it in Settings or upgrade your plan.
