Configuring calling (PSTN / browser)
Set up calling, numbers, and routing.
Log or schedule a call
- Use Log a call to record a completed call, or Schedule a Call for an upcoming one.
- Set the Call Type, Call Purpose, Call For, Call Owner and Call Start.
- Add a Call Agenda / description, and after the call set the Call Result.
Numbers & routing
- Open call settings to manage numbers — see Available Numbers or Buy New Number.
- Pick a Source Number for outbound calls.
- Configure Inbound Call Routing to direct incoming calls.
- Set the Calling Mode (PSTN or browser).
Calling is a plan feature; if it’s off, enable it in Settings or upgrade your plan.
