Call logging overview

Log, schedule and review calls with contacts.

The Calls module records your phone activity — log past calls, schedule upcoming ones, and review history against each record. Calls carry purpose, type, result and owner.

What a call holds

Call Type, Call Purpose and Call Result.
Call Owner, Contact Number and Call For (the related record).
Call Start time and a Call Agenda/description.
Calling Mode (PSTN or browser) and routing for inbound/outbound.
