Campaign triggers

Trigger campaigns automatically from events.

Triggers start a campaign or sequence when something happens — so the right message goes out automatically based on a contact’s behavior or data.

Using triggers

  1. Open the campaign/automation triggers area.
  2. Choose the event that should start the campaign.
  3. Select the campaign or sequence to run, and activate.
Combine triggers with branching sequences for hands-off nurture flows.
