Contracts overview

Manage the full contract lifecycle — from drafting to renewal.

The Contracts module manages agreements through their lifecycle: drafting, approval, active management (obligations, milestones, deadlines, compliance), amendments, and renewal. Each contract carries parties, value, dates and a risk/compliance picture.

What a contract holds

Contract Number / Contract ID, Contract Title and Contract Type.
Contract Parties and Financial Terms (Contract Value, Payment Terms).
Effective Date, Start Date and End Date.
A status (Draft, Pending Approval, Active, Pending Renewal, Expired) and a risk level (Low / Medium / High Risk) with a Compliance Score.

Contracts is a plan feature (contract management); enable it in Settings if it isn’t visible.
