Adding & editing companies

Create and maintain company (account) records.

Create a company

  1. On the Companies page choose to add a company.
  2. Fill Basic Company Information: name, Industry, Company Type, Employee Count, website and email.
  3. Add Address and Billing Address.
  4. Add Financial Information as needed: Annual Revenue, Credit Limit, Outstanding Amount, GSTIN and PAN Number.
  5. Add a Description, then save.

Personas & contacts

Use Associated Contacts to link people to the company, and Persona Management (Edit Persona) to capture how you engage that account.

GSTIN and PAN feed into tax documents — enter them correctly for accurate invoicing.
