Adding & editing companies
Create and maintain company (account) records.
Create a company
- On the Companies page choose to add a company.
- Fill Basic Company Information: name, Industry, Company Type, Employee Count, website and email.
- Add Address and Billing Address.
- Add Financial Information as needed: Annual Revenue, Credit Limit, Outstanding Amount, GSTIN and PAN Number.
- Add a Description, then save.
Personas & contacts
Use Associated Contacts to link people to the company, and Persona Management (Edit Persona) to capture how you engage that account.
GSTIN and PAN feed into tax documents — enter them correctly for accurate invoicing.
