Navigating the dashboard

Understand the layout, the sidebar, and how to jump between modules.

After signing in you land on the main CRM dashboard. The left sidebar is your primary navigation; the top bar holds global search, quick-create and your profile.

Modules are grouped by area (Core CRM, Communication, Sales Documents, and so on). Only the modules enabled for your plan and granted to your role appear here.

Quick Create

Use the Quick Create menu to start common records from anywhere without navigating first. It includes New Lead, New Deal, New Task, New Invoice, New Contract and Schedule Meeting.

Activity context

Record screens surface related Activities — Calls, Emails, Meetings and Tasks — alongside their status (Pending, Completed, Overdue) so you can see engagement at a glance.
