Discount manager
Create and govern customer discounts.
The Discount Manager defines discounts and the rules around them — type, value, timing, coupon requirement and stacking.
Create a discount
- Open Customer Discount Management and create a discount.
- Set the Discount Type and value, and the Campaign Type / Timing.
- Choose whether it Requires coupon code and whether it’s Stackable with other discounts.
- Save — eligible quotes can apply it (visible under Available Discounts).
