Electronic signature

Send documents for legally compliant e-signature.

Electronic Signatures let you send a document to one or more signers and collect Legally Compliant Signatures, with tracking through to a final signed copy.

Send for signature

  1. Open the document and start a signature request.
  2. Configure Signers — add signers (and Add Additional Signers); choose the order: All sign simultaneously or in sequence (a Mixed Group Signing is also supported).
  3. Place signature fields for each signer.
  4. Send the request; signers can sign on desktop or mobile (Mobile Signing).
  5. Track Completion Status; on completion the Final signed document delivery sends the signed copy.
A signer can Delegate this signing to someone else; reminders can be set to a higher frequency to chase pending signers.
