Drip / email sequences

A Drip Sequence sends a series of emails over time, branching on what recipients do — for example sending a different follow-up If opened, If not opened, or If clicked.

Build a sequence

1. Create a new Drip Sequence.
2. Add steps (each step is an email with a delay before it sends).
3. Add branching based on behavior: If opened, If not opened, If clicked.
4. Set the audience and activate the sequence.
