Email overview & setup

Connect your email so you can send and track messages from the CRM.

Connecting email lets you send messages from TheEazy CXM, log replies against records, and track opens and clicks. You can connect via your provider (for example Connect Gmail / Google through OAuth) or by IMAP/SMTP.

Connect your email

  1. Open the email integration settings.
  2. Choose your method: connect with Google/Gmail (OAuth), or set up IMAP/SMTP.
  3. Authorize or enter the connection details, and set your Sender Name and Sender Email.
  4. Save — once connected you can compose, send, and receive within the CRM.

Tracking

Under Tracking Settings you control open/click tracking so you can see engagement on the emails you send.

A valid sender address is required; invalid formats are rejected (“Invalid email format”).
