Email templates

Save and reuse email templates.

Templates let you reuse polished emails. Build them in the Email Template Builder, keep them under My Templates, or start from the Template Library.

Create a template

Open the Email Template Builder.
Choose how to build your email (from scratch, a library template, or Upload Template).
Design the content and save it to My Templates.

Use a template

When composing, pick a saved template to prefill the email, then personalize and send.

With no templates yet you’ll see “No custom templates yet” — build or upload one to get started.
