Email tracking (opens/clicks)

See when recipients open or click your emails.

With tracking enabled, TheEazy CXM records when an email is Opened and when links are Clicked, surfacing engagement on the record and in reporting.

Enable & view

  1. In Tracking Settings, turn on open/click tracking.
  2. Send your email as usual.
  3. See Email Opened / Email Clicked events on the record and engagement metrics (Open Rate, Click Rate) in campaign reporting.
Open tracking relies on the recipient loading images; treat opens as indicative, clicks as definitive.
