E-Meet (built-in video)

E-Meet is TheEazy CXM’s built-in video meeting tool — host meetings without a third-party platform, with a shareable link and post-meeting insights.

Hosting a meeting

1. Schedule a meeting and choose E-Meet as the platform (a Meeting Link is generated with a Link Expiry).
2. Share the link with participants and join at the scheduled time.
3. Run the meeting in-browser.

After the meeting

E-Meet can produce Insights — a summary, Decisions Made, action items, participation and sentiment (Positive / Neutral / Negative), and discussion depth — from the transcript.
