Lead mapping (form → lead)
Map form fields to lead fields so submissions become leads.
Field Mapping connects each form field to a CRM lead field. When someone submits, the mapped values create or update a lead.
Set up mapping
- Open the form’s Field Mapping settings.
- For each form field, choose the lead field it should populate (name, email, phone, company, etc.).
- Save the mapping.
Make sure key fields (name, email, phone) are mapped so created leads are usable. This same mapping powers forms embedded via the Web Page builder.
