Start from a ready-made form template.
Templates give you a head start — pick one and customize. The gallery includes Contact Forms and Custom Forms.
Use a template
- Choose Create Form from Template.
- Select a template that fits your use case.
- Customize fields, styling and settings, then save.
You can also connect to or create a form in Google Forms if you prefer that source.
