Goals overview

Set and monitor targets for individuals and teams.

Goals let you set measurable targets and track progress. A goal has a type, a metric, a target value and a period, and goals can be arranged in a hierarchy (a parent goal with contributing child goals).

What a goal holds

Goal Title, Goal Type and Goal Level.
Metric Name and Target Value.
A Period over which it’s measured.
An optional Parent Goal for hierarchy.

The Goals area separates Active Goals from Completed Goals and includes a goals analytics view.
