Importing deals

Bulk import deals from a spreadsheet.

Bulk import lets you load many deals at once from a spreadsheet, using the same upload → map → review flow as leads.

Steps

On the Deals page open the bulk import/export tool and choose to import.
Upload your file — CSV or Excel are supported.
Map Fields — match each column to a deal field (Deal Name, Amount, Pipeline, Stage, Account, etc.); required fields must be mapped or you’ll see a Mapping Error / Required Field warning.
Set Import Options such as updating existing deals and Skip empty rows.
Run the import and review Import Results, then Go to Deals.

The same tool exports deals: choose Fields to Export and File Options (CSV or Excel), with options like Include custom fields.

Map carefully — unmapped required fields and type mismatches are flagged before import so you can fix the file.
