Integrations overview
Connect third-party tools to TheEazy CXM.
Integrations connect external services — Google (Calendar, Contacts, Docs, Forms, Analytics, Ads), voice providers (Plivo, Telnyx, Vonage), Calendly and more — so data flows between them and the CRM.
Connect a service
- Open Integrations / the Integration Marketplace.
- Find the service and choose Connect; authorize it (OAuth) or enter credentials such as an API Key / API Secret.
- Once linked it shows Connected with a Connection ID.
- Configure Integration Settings — for example Auto Sync, and review Last Sync / Next Sync / Items Synced.
A failed connection shows “Connection error” — re-authorize or check credentials.
