Invoice management overview
Create, send and track customer invoices.
Sales Invoices bill your customers and track what’s been paid. An invoice records the customer, line items, taxes and totals, and tracks Received Amount vs Pending Amount. Dashboards show Total Invoices and Total Sales.
What an invoice holds
- Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date and an Invoice Reference Number.
- Bill To customer details, and line items (with kit items where used).
- Billing Summary: Taxable Amount and Total Amount.
- Payment Terms, plus Received Amount / Pending Amount and Credit Amount adjustments.
