Lead email inbox

Read and reply to a lead’s emails inside the CRM.

Each lead has an email view so you can correspond without leaving the record. Emails sent and received appear in the lead’s activity, keeping the full conversation in context.

Using it

  1. Open a lead and go to its email/inbox area.
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing thread.
  3. Sent and received messages are logged against the lead as Email activities.
Email must be configured for your account first — see the Communication section’s “Email overview & setup”.
