Logging in & two-factor authentication
How to sign in, reset a password, and secure your account.
Signing in
- Open your TheEazy CXM URL and enter your registered email and password.
- Select Sign in.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, enter the OTP code when prompted to finish signing in.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in screen choose the password-reset option.
- Enter your email — you’ll see a Check your email confirmation.
- Open the reset link from your inbox and use Set a new password to choose a new one. You’ll see Password updated when it succeeds.
Reset links are single-use and time-limited. If you see Link not valid, request a fresh reset email.
First-time invited users
If an admin invited you, you’ll receive an email with your login credentials. Sign in with those, then change your password from your profile.
