Per-seat billing explained

How seat-based pricing works.

Your subscription is billed per seat — each user occupies a seat at the Price per seat/mo. Your bill reflects the number of seats on your plan.

Key points

Seat Utilization shows how many of your seats are in use.
Add seats (Add Seats → Seats to add) to invite more users; charges are prorated for the billing period.
Remove unused seats (Remove Seats) to reduce cost going forward.

Inviting a user consumes a seat; hitting the limit prompts you to add seats or free some up.
