Understanding plans & feature gating
Why some features are visible and others are locked.
TheEazy CXM is organized into plan tiers. Each feature belongs to a tier, so what you can see and use depends on your current plan plus your role’s permissions.
Two gates
- Plan gate — whether the feature is included in your subscription tier. Locked features show an upgrade prompt instead of opening.
- Permission gate — whether your role is allowed to use a feature that your plan includes. Admins manage this in Settings → Roles & permissions.
Default vs optional features
Core CRM features (Leads, Deals, Contacts, Companies, Tasks, Email, Meetings) are on by default. Advanced features — such as Email Campaigns, Automation, Lead Scoring, Contracts and CPQ — unlock on higher tiers or as add-ons.
If a teammate can’t see a module you can, check both their plan access and their role permissions.
