Route quotes for sign-off before they go out.

Quotes that exceed thresholds (for example a High Value Quote or one needing Product Approval Required) route through an approval flow before they can be sent.

Approving a quote

Open Pending Approvals to see quotes awaiting sign-off.
Review the quote’s Approval Summary and Approval Progress.
Approve or reject; the Approval History records the decision.

“All products approved” means the quote is cleared to send.
