Sales returns

Process returns of sold goods.

A Sales Return records goods a customer sends back, adjusting stock and balances and optionally generating credit.

Create a sales return

  1. Open Sales Return and create one.
  2. Set the Sales Return Number and Sales Return Date.
  3. Add the returned items and Payment Details / Payment Terms.
  4. Save; the return can adjust credit (Credit Amount) and stock.
