Scheduling a meeting

Book a meeting and notify attendees.

Schedule it

  1. Use Schedule Meeting (from Quick Create or a record).
  2. Set the Meeting Title, Meeting Type and Meeting Platform.
  3. Pick the Date, Time and Duration (choose how the meeting ends — by duration or an End Date).
  4. Add a Location or let a Meeting Link be generated for online meetings.
  5. Write the Meeting Agenda.
  6. Use Invite People to Meeting to add participants, then save to send the Meeting Invitation.

Joining

When it’s time, open the meeting and select Join Meeting. Expired or invalid links show “Meeting Expired”.

Add participants before saving — until you do, the meeting shows “No participants invited yet”.
