Seat management

Add or remove user seats.

Seats determine how many users you can have. Manage them from billing — add seats to invite more people, or remove unused ones.

Manage seats

Open billing and find Seat Utilization.
To add capacity, choose Add Seats and set Seats to add — you’ll see the Price per seat/mo and prorated charge.
To reduce, use Remove Seats.
Confirm — seat changes apply to your subscription.

If invites fail with a seat-limit notice, add seats here or remove inactive users.
