Share a form link or embed it on your site.
Ways to share
- Form URL — a direct link you can send.
- Embed Code / Embed URL — paste into your website; a Custom Size Embed is available.
- Email Share Template — share the form by email.
Embed it
- Open the form’s share options.
- Copy the Embed Code (or Embed URL) and paste it into your web page.
- Optionally set a custom size, then publish your page.
Apply Form Access Restrictions if the form should only be reachable by certain audiences.
