Stage probability
Assign win probability per stage for forecasting.
Each stage can carry a win probability (reflected as a deal’s Close Confidence). Multiplying deal value by stage probability gives a weighted forecast across the pipeline.
Set it up
- Open the pipeline’s stage configuration.
- For each stage, set its probability / confidence.
- Save — new deals entering a stage inherit its probability, which you can fine-tune per deal.
Keep early stages low and late stages high so your weighted forecast stays realistic.
