Adding a form block
Bind a CRM form to your page so submissions become leads.
A Form block embeds one of your real CRM forms on the page. When a visitor submits, it posts to the CRM and creates a lead via that form’s lead mapping — the same proven pipeline used elsewhere.
Add and bind a form
- Add a Form element from the palette.
- Select it, and in the Content tab pick a form from the CXM form dropdown (your real forms load here).
- The block stores the form and its fields, so the published form shows matching inputs.
- Publish the page — submissions on the live page become leads.
Make sure the chosen form has its lead mapping set (see “Lead mapping (form → lead)”) so submissions populate leads correctly.
