Auto-reply rules

Automatically respond to incoming WhatsApp messages.

Auto-reply rules send a response automatically based on triggers — for example greeting first-time messages or replying outside business hours.

Create a rule

  1. Open WhatsApp Auto-Replies.
  2. Create a rule and define its trigger (such as keyword or time-based).
  3. Write the automatic response message.
  4. Activate the rule.
Use auto-replies to set expectations (e.g., response times) when your team is offline.
