Webhook setup
Configure the WhatsApp webhook so the CRM receives messages and statuses.
The webhook lets WhatsApp notify the CRM of inbound messages and delivery/read statuses. The Settings page provides the values you need.
Steps
- In WhatsApp Settings, open the webhook card.
- Copy the provided callback URL and verify token (use the reveal/copy controls).
- Paste them into your WhatsApp app’s webhook configuration and subscribe to message events.
- Verify — once active, inbound messages flow into the Inbox.
Without the webhook you can send but won’t receive replies in the Inbox.
