Webhook setup

Configure the WhatsApp webhook so the CRM receives messages and statuses.

The webhook lets WhatsApp notify the CRM of inbound messages and delivery/read statuses. The Settings page provides the values you need.

Steps

  1. In WhatsApp Settings, open the webhook card.
  2. Copy the provided callback URL and verify token (use the reveal/copy controls).
  3. Paste them into your WhatsApp app’s webhook configuration and subscribe to message events.
  4. Verify — once active, inbound messages flow into the Inbox.
Without the webhook you can send but won’t receive replies in the Inbox.
